Mary Ellen was amazing helping us sell our home. She is very knowledgeable about the market. Throughout the whole selling process, Mary Ellen was very timely in response to any questions, and sometimes anticipated and answered questions before I had asked them. She is extremely detailed oriented and explained different parts of the process clearly and succinctly. She is the best!

So grateful for Mary Ellen! We were relocating from a different state, and we also had a million personal things we were dealing with at the same time to make this move even more difficult. I had one week to find a home and I was under a lot of pressure. Mary Ellen quickly relieved all that pressure. She made everything easy, she was super organized, so kind, and she really listened to me about what I was looking for. She was with me the entire process and didn’t leave my side till I found the right house. And after I found the right house, she took care of everything with the contracts to make sure things went smoothly. I didn’t have to worry about it at all. I trusted her completely. I could focus on the other pressing issues in our lives. I honestly couldn’t have done it without her.

Mary Ellen has been invaluable in helping my family find our rental in Irvine. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and quick to respond. She has great rapport with others in the industry and her experience and expertise have led us to find exactly what my family has needed. In searching for rentals, she went out of her way to schedule showings, both in-person and on FaceTime. She talked us through important things to look for in a rental, as well as provided guidance through the application and move-in process. We will use her again and highly recommend her!

We had such a great experience working with Mary Ellen! She’s super down to earth and easy to talk to. She explained everything clearly, never pressured us, and always made sure we felt confident in our decisions. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and not just the sale. Highly recommend if you want someone knowledgeable but also normal and relatable!

Super knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. We were looking for a rental in Irvine, and she was on top of everything. I finished my rental application around 10pm, and she still put it together and sent it out that night. She caught things in the lease I wouldn’t have noticed and helped get them fixed. Best of all, she never pressured me—just gave honest advice and space to decide. Highly recommend!
